Matt and Natalie are great friends of mine, which is why shooting their Whidbey Island Wedding Photos was an absolute joy for me.
What a stunning day in Langley, WA on Whidbey Island! Thanks to the planning and floral expertise of their friends and family, Natalie and Matt simply had to show up and enjoy each other for this joy-filled wedding experience.
First we got ready at a couple of airbnb’s in downtown Langley (what a quaint little town, you should definitely visit if you haven’t been!) We then headed down to a friends property outside Langley and did a first look with the bride and groom. This moment was so precious—the surrounding forest made us feel like we were in one of the WA national parks.
After Natalie and Matt exchanged private vows, we met up with the bridal party and captured some group photos together down the road. Before heading to the wedding venue, I took the bride and groom for a quick stroll by the Inn at Langley and we took some photos down by the beach—these turned out absolutely gorgeous!
These two are so intentional and thoughtful—so naturally their wedding was an expression of them; everyone felt so welcome and loved through each and every detail provided: including the personal Fidalgo Coffee beans given away as a wedding favor.
