Nick never thought he’d be lucky enough to be with such a fun, witty, and beautiful gal. Sara never thought she’d get a guy as thoughtful, intentional, and handsome as Nick. Let’s just say, they got lucky, or God hooked them up. However you look at it, Nick + Sara are a thoughtful, beautiful couple who, as they would put it, “do brunch very well.” Julia and I got to know them better when we did their engagement session (HERE), and by the time their wedding came around, we felt very comfortable being a part of their epic wedding day.
Some of Nick’s buddies went to SPU with my younger brother Ross, and therefore Ross DJed the wedding (DJ Ross Beck), while Sid and his girlfriend Ali (www.SidBeck.com) shot video of the wedding. Let’s just say, Nick + Sara did it RIGHT by hiring the “Tri-BECKta.” Julia had a blast with the girls as I captured the guys playing cards and enjoying Fireball shots; classic groomsmen! After taking a ton of epic photos on the rooftop of the Exchange Ballroom (overlooking downtown Portland), we enjoyed the ceremony and then a wonderful reception catered by Vibrant Table Catering & Events. The wedding was planned by the talented Ella Events, and flowers done by Columbia City Bouquet from Seattle, WA.
