Natalie, Matt and I had a blast exploring both Ebey’s Landing and Bowman’s Bay while taking their Whidbey Island Engagement Photos.
Natalie and Matt are dear friends of mine so having the opportunity to capture their engagement photos (and their Whidbey Island Wedding Photos) was an absolute honor for me. I cannot believe my job allows me to share such special memories with couples. I never take for granted the opportunity to capture humans in their element!
After chatting with Nat/Matt about their engagement photos, it was clear they wanted to explore Whidbey Island and shoot some photos around the water (hard to avoid water on Whidbey). What a stunning afternoon/evening with these two. We walked around Ebey’s Landing State Park (if you’ve never been, you need to go, it reminds me a lot of New Zealand or Ireland). Then we grabbed some pizza together (Ciao Food and Wine in Coupeville) and headed up to Bowman’s Bay to watch the sunset. After a long hike to the other side of Bowman’s Bay, we watched the sun set over the puget sound—what a special night.
