How do I sum up these two and their epic Discovery Park Engagement Photos? With a few words I guess; Dramatic, Hilarious, Creative, Lively. Andrew and Mariah came to me because they didn’t want the “typical” posed engagement photos—they wanted something uniquely THEM.

This is why I love my job so much; it gives me the opportunity to capture couples AS THEY ARE, WHO THEY ARE, not trying to force people to do anything they wouldn’t want to or that would feel super UN-natural and awkward. Andrew and Mariah love to dance, be goofy, creatively think up new poses—and as you’ll see scrolling below, we had an absolute BLAST at Discovery Park (and in downtown Ballard before).
