Avery was so much fun to take photos with! We found some super pretty locations around Cap Sante to take photos at (including her parents friends’ house next to the Anacortes Marina) and had great conversation along the way.
When it came to posing and smiling, Avery was such a natural. She had mentioned to me she was a little camera-shy (most people tell me that), but once we got to talking and starting taking photos, she forgot about ever feeling super nervous for photos. It’s important to me that all my clients feel natural in front of the camera—one of the ways I do this is by having continual conversation with them so there’s no awkward silence in between the camera clicks.
You simply cannot go wrong with Cap Sante Park. The whole area is absolutely stunning! In and around this beautiful park there are a bunch of beautiful photo spots that made Avery’s senior photo session so easy (how about those epic backlit photos at sunset)!
